The original designs for our hardware are hand forged.  A mold is made from the original then cast in pewter.  A finish is added and then a protective clear coat is applied.  Each piece of hardware looks exactly like the original piece and you can see the hammer strikes, feel the texture and enjoy the quality.

 

For the oil rubbed bronze, the bronze is plated to the pewter and then the final finish and clear coat is added.  We also have antique brass and wrought pewter.Custom finishes are available upon request.
