Our hardware is made with pewter which has a darker finish that will usually grow darker over long periods of time. Climate, touch and environment will also affect the finish over time.

Cleaning Pewter: Pewter is maintenance free unless an occasional hand washing with mild soap and cloth is desired. Never use an abrasive pad, steel wool or chemical cleaners or the finish will be permanently altered.
